Firefighters, EMS, Wildland

"If your photos aren't good enough, then you're not close enough." - Robert 'Bob' Capa

Firefighters and emergency personnel often don’t get the credit they deserve until someone notices the world was burning down—and someone stopped it. Or when a life was on the brink of being extinguished—and a stranger saved it. Then, everyone pays attention.

So, to all my brothers and sisters, especially volunteer firefighters, wildland firefighters, EMS, EMTs, ALS EMTs, and paramedics, your bravery and selflessness do not go unnoticed. You face immense danger, putting your own safety at risk to protect lives and property for little or no pay. The Hotshots, Type IIs, dozer bosses and operators, ICs, Air-Attack, tankers, DIVS, and support personnel—you are appreciated.
